Rustic oak and wicker dining chair Georges Robert France 1960s, set of 4

About the item 

Set of rustic oak and wicker chairs by the French artisan furniture house Georges Robert.

The chairs have the typical carved knot design on top. The backrest is triple slatted and carved in traditional fashion. The chair has thick oak columns that are slightly conical in shape. The wicker seat complements the look and the oak has a beautiful pattern.

Interesting as well is that the front and back feet have a different shape.

The chairs have been very well built in solid oak wood.

About its condition 

The chairs are in a good vintage condition overall. The wicker has some superficial wear but is fully solid.
