About the item 

This elegant square glass dining table was designed in the 80s by Emaf Progetti for Zanotta Italy.

The Brentano series is still in production today by Zanotta, at least some pieces are. This specific dining table was only produced in the 80s and is quite rare in this shape and dimension (130×130, square). It’s a perfect example of an Italian contemporary design, with its layered glass and 4 straight brushed aluminium column based feet in the middle. Due to the distance of the feet between each other and the length of the feet, the table has a levitating visible effect. This effect is further emphasized due to the transparent glass top. In particular the connection between the feet and the glass top is quite special with a black rubber ring that provides absorbing of the vibrations in order to optimize the table stability.

This specific Brentano dining table features a non-tinted transparant glass and brushed aluminium feet.

The table is build very solidly and this model can be traced based on archival records.

About its condition 

The table is in a very good condition only one small chip visible on the edges of max 2 cm.
